The exam fee is $120 for 1 portion or $240 for two portions of testing. It will cost $200 for a contractors license in one classification. Each contractors license is good for one year only.


Mississippi Building Contractors Exam Details


contractor exam detailed informationApplicants will have to pass two exams: law and business exam and their trade. Law and Business exam has 50 questions and an 2-hour time limit. A 70% is required to pass the exam. The general contractors exam on the other hand has 80 questions and an 3-hour time limit. A 70% is required to pass the exam.
